The gap<\/strong>: Currently, there is no official setting and solution for the MarCom discipline in Israel, due to perception as \u201cnon-professional\u201d, \u201con-the-way\u201d, job position, which is subjected and derived.<\/p>

The essence and the identity of the profession, and it\u2019s role – are unclear or not agreed upon.<\/p>

Any person can define and call himself \u201cMarCom manager\u201d or a \u201cmarketing communication expert\u201d. This lack of regulation and the lack of definition and standardization \u2013 create difficulties for CEOs, marketing managers, and experienced professionals, alike.<\/p>

The aspect of professionalism and matching of outputs \u2013 is also breached, and lack characterizations and standards.<\/p>
